PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION - 6th Annual Inspectors Forum, Tuesday, September 28th

This event presents a very valuable opportunity to speak directly to the Inspectors who preside over Sonoma County and its cities. They’ll tell us about trends they’re seeing, issues that impede the permit and inspection process, give us tips on how to better navigate the process and answer your specific questions. We also hope to include a discussion of the upcoming Green Building Code.

Redwood Empire Remodelers Association was formed in 1991 and now has more than 100 professionals in most areas of service in the remodeling field. Through regular programs, communication among members and its board of directors, its aims are to promote:

* good business practices for the client and the professional contractor
* honesty, integrity, clearly written contracts
* environmentally sound and safe practices
* continuing education for its professionals
* public forums and training for young technicians
* a monthly newsletter in support of its goals
* insurance coverage for client protection
