Eligibility for membership requires that the Applicant, if a contractor or professional required to be licensed by the State of California, be a licensee in good standing. Also the business, or association should be engaged in the remodeling industry in some way. The Applicant agrees to conduct business activities in accordance with the RERA Recommended Code of Business Practices and to comply with the Association’s By-laws. A copy of the By-laws is available for review from any Officer on the RERA Board of Directors.
